Why did you start Work Daze?

Culture affects everyone, and we don’t think it should just be down to HR or the C-suite to set it. We’re on a mission to equip anyone who cares about culture with the confidence, ideas, and resources to create change at work, for the better.

Who the hell are you anyway?

Good question. We’re Milly and Yumi - the wranglers of Work Daze. We started this newsletter because we care about the effect of work on people. From an individual level to a societal one. Like anyone who’s experienced both bad and good work culture, we know there’s a world of difference.

Our day jobs - at Europe’s leading tech for good VC - Bethnal Green Ventures, means we’re surrounded by mission-driven people. From the B Corp community to our portfolio of 200+ founders - we get a front-row seat to observe how different companies do things. We hope to bring some of that experience, with a helping of good old ideas and research, to you.
